Returns/Exchanges Policy

Damaged Fabric Policy:

If an item is received damaged or incorrect product is shipped, please contact immediately us via email. We will pay for return shipping in the event that should happen. Should the fabric be damaged in/or prior to delivery, we will do our best to get you a replacement shipment as soon as possible. We are happy to exchange damaged fabric. You will be granted a refund only if the fabric in question is out of stock, otherwise an exchange of equal value is required.

Returns/Exchanges & Refund Policies

At Mystic Sunset it is our utmost importance to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied. We spend a lot of time ensuring the fabrics we carry are the best quality. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason contact us immediately so we can address any issue you may have.  

In order to be eligible for a Exchange/Return or Refund your item(s) it is imperative that you email us before shipping it back to us in order to expedite the process. We will only accept items that are returned to us before 30 days of original shipping date. 

It is important that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt as exchanges/returns will not be given for fabric that has been cut, washed, or has a smoke or other odors to it. Exchanges/Returns will be processed once the items are returned to us.
