Returns & Exchanges
At Mystic Sunset it is our utmost importance to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied. We spend a lot of time ensuring the fabrics we carry are the best quality. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason contact us immediately so we can address any issue you may have.
Damaged Fabric Policy:
If an item is received damaged or incorrect product is shipped, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will pay for return shipping in the even that should happen. Should the fabric be damaged in/or prior to delivery, we will do our best to get you a replacement shipment as soon as possible. We are happy to exchanged damaged fabric. You will be granted a refund only if the fabric in question is out of stock, otherwise an exchange of equal value is required.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your original shipping date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a return,
- It is imperative that you fill out a form in our Returns Center before shipping it back to us in order to expedite the process.
- We will only accept items that are returned to us before 30 days of original shipping date.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
*We will not accept fabric that has been cut, washed, or has a smoke or other odors to it. Clearance and sales items are ineligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.*
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
*Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.*
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. If the fabric in question is out of stock you will be granted a refund, otherwise an exchange of equal value is required.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item you received was damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
